Just over a week ago I attended the SCBWI Sydney Conference and had my illustration portfolio on display in the Illustration Showcase. Here I am posing with my folio and book dummy before the big day kicked off, snapped by my lovely friend @penelopesnest (I'll share a few more photos of my folio and book dummy over the next few days). The conference was fantastic and a great experience. I've started printing portfolio pages! On Sunday I travel to Sydney for the SCBWI 2019 Conference with my illustration portfolio and a picture book dummy in hand for the Illustrator Showcase. I'm really excited about it and also quietly (okay, maybe not so quietly) freaking out about getting everything finished and printed in time.
